1-to-1 ADHD Coaching

Online & In Person | UK & International

Individual coaching for adults who want to better understand themselves and their ADHD and create
meaningful, sustainable change.
Sessions provide a confidential and supportive space to explore areas such as:
• Understanding ADHD and how it impacts everyday life
• Emotional regulation and intense emotional responses
• Overthinking and racing thoughts
• Relationships and recurring relationship patterns
• Confidence and self-worth
• Identity and the impact of labels carried throughout life
• Self-blame, shame and limiting beliefs
• Unhealthy coping patterns and self-medication
• Understanding patterns developed through childhood and adult experiences
• Building practical approaches that work with your individual brain
My approach isn’t about overwhelming clients with endless ADHD strategies or rigid routines.
It is about understanding first, reframing where necessary, and then identifying
what genuinely helps you move forward.
Coaching is available online and in person, with clients able to work with me internationally

ADHD Awareness Talks

Personal and educational talks drawing from both lived experience and coaching knowledge.
These talks can explore Sam’s own journey of living with undiagnosed ADHD, struggling through
school and relationships, developing unhealthy coping mechanisms, experiencing addiction and
self-medication, receiving a late diagnosis and ultimately transforming his life.
The focus is not simply on the challenges of ADHD, but on what can happen when those experiences
are finally understood.
From “What’s wrong with me?” to “What’s actually going on for me?”
These sessions are particularly suited to ADHD awareness events, wellbeing initiatives, educational
settings, community organisations and organisations looking to develop a deeper understanding of
ADHD.

Talks to Audiences

Bespoke talks can be created around the needs of the audience and event.
Whether the focus is ADHD awareness, personal transformation, mental wellbeing,
relationships, addiction and recovery, or understanding neurodiversity, sessions can be
tailored to provide an engaging combination of personal story, education and meaningful discussion.
The goal is simple: to challenge assumptions, create understanding and leave
people with a different perspective on ADHD.

The Common Thread Across My Work

Whether I’m working with someone individually or speaking to an audience, the message remains the
same:
ADHD is about more than attention.
It can influence how we understand ourselves, regulate emotions, experience relationships, respond
to rejection, cope with overwhelm and make sense of our lives.
My work is centred around understanding, reframing and meaningful change rather than simply
trying to manage symptoms.
You don’t need to become a different person. You need to understand yourself.
